So you are now saying that it is simply a matter of degree then - not 
actual cost?? Is this an admission that you forgot that bandwidth does 
cost, albeit less than a fax attack?

overseas recipients, expressed in cost per item and items per hour,
then reconsider your claim. No nitpicky answers please.
