This is a bit off topic but it is about Linux hosting.
I tried to open a new hosting account with 1t3.com.
I organised DNS transfer.
They processed the application then disappeared for a few days.
They failed to respond to many e-mails and I thought that they had gone.
I then set up a new account with another company and now DNS can’t take place because it is pending with the other company.
I have stopped payment and sent more requests to cancel and release the DNS transfer.
Their response is the domain transfer is in progress, they ignore that I wish to cancel.
I can’t complete DNS transfer to my new account. Has anyone any ideas on what I can do to sort out the DNS.
