Gentoo Install - portage src on another comp

Hello CLUG, 

i have just installed gentoo. 
and i love it. 

now one of my friends wants to install it. 
is there a way to use my /usr/portage/distfiles/* so he 
doesn't have to download all that stuff all over again?
