Alright... for the lack of a longer ide cable (which I shall purchase shortly) I've linked up two large hdd as slave and master on the same interface, created a big partition, and RAID-1'd it (it's syncing even as we speak. Or, more accurately, as I type). But I want them on different interfaces ultimately... is this going to be a problem? Can I just put them on different interfaces, change the information in /etc/raidtab accordingly, and have it all work?
