Or you could just use Mandrake-linux's 9.2 Harddrive Partioning tool seeing it 
can deal with NTFS. And happens to be free being linux. Just get a mandrake 
install CD and stick it in partion it then either install Mandrake or quit 
the installation and load Red hat instead.
