I don't know for sure because I don't know what Partition Magic does, but it sounds like the drive has been "hidden". If you can boot from the first RedHat CD you might be able to enter the Grub interactive mode (like a command line) to unhide it. Since you haven't installed RedHat you can also make a grub boot floppy from the CD. Once you're in to the Grub interactive mode try:

unhide (hd0,0)

The first integer `0' indicates the drive number, that is, the first hard disk, while the second integer, `1', indicates the partition number (or the PC slice number in the BSD terminology). The partition numbers are counted from _zero_, not from one.


Change the numbers for whatever disk / partition your NTFS is.
