I do feel I did this before ;) Save any .php web page (as single file), e.g. wget http://ninin.pair.com/melecon/review/register.php wget http://ninin.pair.com/melecon/review/style.css which creates those two files on your hard disk. mozilla ./register.php - oops, doh (it asks where to save the file to) mv register.php register.html mozilla ./register.html hm, now it loads the style.css.
