Hi Listers,

I've got an XP2500+ with 1GB and 80GB, in a nifty little case with a
huuuge cpu cooler.

I'm running RedHat Fedora with a 2.6.2 kernel (which up2date _really_
takes exception to ), for the following:

Mozilla
Apache ( I prefer 1, but am using 2 as I can't get ssl support
configured properly on 1 ), with built in support for php, oracle,
mysql, ldap.
php for most things. I now use it in preference to bash scripts, and
it's really great for data acquisition ( I grab weather info from
METAR readings and store in a Mysql database ).
Oracle 9.2.0.4 and 10g application server.
Sendmail in and out.
Getmail to decode my other email addresses and split them between me
and the boss properly at last! ( anyone got a little script to check
hotmail accounts??? )
openldap, from some work I did a few years ago, can't kick the habit!
pptp to run vpn access to remote win2k servers.
ssh to manage remote servers.

Sad to say, this is now a headless beast, and I access via xdmcp from
a cygwin server on my laptop which runs XP ):
