I haven't had any experience with proxy servers before. I'm on a network with 5 others using a 128k DSL connection and when those pesky windows users (Grrr) start downloading the gigantic windows updates they suck up our entire bandwitdh for ages.
Anyone know if there is an easy way to set up an http proxy server that limits the transfer rate of downloads - for example, to 50% of the available bandwidth? Thanks. -- Phill Coxon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
