This also my underatanding of the old Yast licence. If money changed
hands, then you would have been in breach of the licence. I suppose you
could have sold someone a blank CD then they would be free to ask you to
burn SuSE (Yast) onto it gratis. No charge could be made for time and
materials.

There may be problems with other SuSE developed software.
