I concur - my pipedream machine would be an ipaq with bluetooth and wireless
ethernet, and a decent folding keyboard.

Unistrokes can take a while to get used to, but it is fairly fast.  The
high-end PDAs (such as the HP iPaq and Sony Ericsson P900) have fairly good
handwriting recognition now, so you do not have to learn any funky letters
