Dear All,
Recently I bought that magazine coming up with Xandros
SE. Putting the Xandros into my CD-rom, loading,
initializing kernel ...etc, detecting hardware...then
there are error as follow:
...
hdc: command error: status=0x51 {Driveready seek
complete error}
hdc: command error=0x54
end_request: I/O, dev 16:00 (hdc) sector 11235448
....and many other looks alike those
I also pressed 'Shift' and tried different
installation from the options available.
COuld someone please advise me how to figure it out.
Did googling just to find out some other guy with
similar problem (but not the resolve).
I have tried installing distros such as Mandrake,
Redhate, MEPIS without any problems.
My spec: Pentium III- 668, RAM 256, CDROM 52X, BTC CD
r-writer, 40 GB partiioned into 3, dual boot with
window$ xp.
