If you can't find the link on the APC web site (which is in the magazine)
then send David Flynn (the editor) a quick email ask him if he can sort it
out.  His email is also in the magazine.  He's very nice and has helped out
a of times.  The place you got the magazine from should also be able to help
out with a replacement CD.  If that fails as well then drop me an email as I
know some of the writters as well but I'd be really supprised if you don't
get an email from David.
