There are not as many utilities as on tomsrtbt, but chroot actually works with recent kernels and shells!! Load the diskettes, and you are dropped straight into into a bash shell. No fuss, no muss, no collecting pseudo stages from ftp sites etc. It appears to just go. Kernel is 2.4.<something>. I'll report back as soon as I have a Gentoo stage 2 running. Got to say it.
