In Software Media Manager, there is update_source and updates and I think I should be able to point them both to ftp://jetstreamgames, how do these relate to "contrib" and "main", and are these the correct urls?

and Main ftp://ftp2.jetstreamgames.co.nz/pub/dist/mandrake/official/10.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/ with ../base/hdlist.cz

Use Menu > System > Configuration > Packaging > Software Media Manager (Or something like that) to delete the update source and any other old RPM sources eg the 9.2 CD's. Then save and Run Mandrake update.
