You are getting like me Chad? (Not reading posts completely before
replying)
My first installation was via ftp from jetstreamgames at the superfast
speed.
Then, as suggested in several articles on the web, I downloaded the lot
to enable ftp installs onto multiple computers - like maybe at an
installfest for example.
