I doubt it, the present tar-gzipped install file (which is unzipped to
create the install) is 30M

certainly feasible in something with a decent sized flash. in fact there
are instructions to do so.

not so sure on what amount of RAM is currently needed, but I think 16M is ok.

I think you'd be talking about a pretty specialised distro compiled on a
micro libc of some sort. IPCOP is not optimised for install size, meant
for install on a hard drive, or a compact flash card.
