Good idea,

I'd be 100% behind this and would volunteer my time and may even be able to 
provide a number of suitable client PCs (hey and network cards too!).  I think 
that Primary Schools are the most likely candidate.

To really get this off the ground we'd need to form a committee and have a few 
meetings.  So here's a call for volunteers - people can actually contribute 
something - and debate as to the actual merit of this project.  Then we'll 
take the bulk of the conversation off list.
