The former - the dates are those for which bookings were available at the Sydenham hall.

There are no objections to your organising similar for the future, in St Albans. Tues 30 Nov is the last booking at Sydenham for this year, if you want to work around that.
IIRC the decision had been made to go with one more (August) meeting at
Sydenham and then move to St Albans.
