No - I need another three CPUs that's all.

It will be a quad PPro 200 with 384 Mb ram, 18 Gb for home + 3x2Gb for
system stuff.

The hardest thing is organising an IP for it - paradise don't give out a
second IP on a cablemodem, so I'm gonna ghettohost it on my IP (unless
someone else can offer colocation and rack space?)
