It was great to see humour and barracking used in a way that provided not only great entertainment but significant insight into the workings of Linux and the greater computer fraternity. It was clear that both the 'very experienced' and Newbies were all able to learn something new from the talks...I particularly liked the friendly competition in coming up with new and better shortcuts / 'how to' from console.
As someone who who has voiced a concern with the requirements for Newbies and the operation of CLUG as a whole in previous postings I would also like to thank organisers for taking note of these concerns and actually acting upon them in such a comprehensive manner....thank you.
Looking forward to the next meeting on the 27th.
