Replace pencil by ink for that date, and for the 3rd. Wednesday of the month
for the rest of the year.
Cost is yet to be confirmed solidly. Their charge is $8.00 per hour per room.
For the formal meeting / lesson / lecture days we would not need the second
room until the supper break, and then only for the duration of the break.
so that's 7:30 - 10:30 3 hours @ $8.00 = $24.00
half an hour for supper in the other room = $4.00

For the fixup days we would only need 1 room = $24.00
