Bounce is not the right word. They are rejected.
I expect they'd just be removed from the queue at Uni in time (anyone know for sure?).
Hmmm. I'm not convinced that rejecting from an "innocent" third-party is quite the best thing to do. Accepting and black-holing, perhaps. But too many rejects may lead the list management software to conclude that you're non-functional ...
