Oh good grief! We're his Help Desk!? I hadn't received a help desk ticket, so am probably overdue in resolving the latest issue. Next performance appraisal is gonna be dodgy huh?... To be fair it looks like he's not receiving the list email at the moment, 'cos I've seen TONS of very patient & helpful advice the last 2 days since Nick & everybody else went out of their ways to help him.
