As someone who's been cleaning up the Microsoft monolith at the St Albans 
Community Centre and on friends' PCs, I second that!

It's amazing how MS Windows can be affected by malware - one PC at the St 
Albans CC refused to halt for quite a while, and manual halts are _so_ _much_ 
_fun_ with FAT when you start the silly thing up later - I investigated the 
Registry and deleted some malware entries, and finally got it working 
properly.

This sort of detail won't be in that report.  (And I do mean detail!)  And the 
devil's in the details.
