If you buy parts from Tastech or DragonPC they have the same warranty.

The only exception is damage while assembling - I know of people who have
stuffed up brand new CPU's when fitting them.

I also recently had the pleasure of accepting higher spec'd components
because some items I ordered from the DragonPC website were not in stock so
they "upsized" me for no extra cost.

Ps - my new machine is called "beast" too. Does that mean we would have a
"herd" if we they were connected?

Regards,

Robert

Hi,

I considered building a box myself. Warranty is a "nice thing" to have.
Particularly, if you discover some component is not linux compliant. Going
through a firm like PC practice, means you can swap components after
buying the machine.

The computer's name is "beast"

Derek.
