I think you need to hone your Google skillz. Here's what I tried:

"Cannot initialize the agpgart module knoppix"

Here's a link

http://www.google.co.nz/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=Cannot+initialize+the+agpgart+module+knoppix&meta=

A whole bunch of links come up. Admittedly you will need to read and
understand each one to decide if it matches your situation, however, it
seems to be such a common problem that you can probably quickly skip to the
next one if the messages don't make sense or don't obviously apply.

Unfortunately (for you, not for me) I have never had this problem, and so I
have never had to look for a solution. You'll need help, but you will find
it here.

Having said that, Linux *is* running on that box. You can install web
servers, databases and a bunch of other stuff via the command line, but for
a while you won't be able to get X going, so you can't have KDE or Gnome.
Remember, Linux is the operating system- it makes the computer go. X is
the graphical server, which runs on top of Linux, but is not required to
make the machine run. KDE (or whatever GUI you choose) runs on top of X.
All of these parts are separate, but related. Most often, troubleshooting
should be done on the pieces, not the whole.

Have fun!

Andy
