The problem is, we seem to have a variety of projectors. Rik now has one
(which was used last night), but it seems that even that doesn't
guarantee success :-)

If we can assume Rik will continue to make the projector available, your
suggestion is sound, although speakers may rebel against having to use a
particular format.

And frankly, if we are all too lame to get a data projector going at
1024x768 [1], we aren't much of an advertisement for geekdom are we :-)

[1] one assumes that Rik has checked that the projector works at that
resolution ;-)
