Yep - we've had this discussion on this list before...

If person on this list says "please print me a copy" then that "initiates
the process of converting to hard copy"

All I've done is say that its possible, which has not initiated the process.

Anyway - $20 doesn't actually cover the costs, so you're welcome to take me
to court for 100% of all profits :)

The last sentance of the first part is most explicit.

    Further, it may not be reproduced in hard copy except where the 
intended reader of the
    hard copy initiates the process of converting the work to hard copy.

So thank you for the offer, but I don't think that it will be appreciated.
