Yep - we've had this discussion on this list before... If person on this list says "please print me a copy" then that "initiates the process of converting to hard copy"
All I've done is say that its possible, which has not initiated the process. Further, it may not be reproduced in hard copy except where the intended reader of the hard copy initiates the process of converting the work to hard copy.
