its a commercial product. if you need it that much, pay for a license.
it is a great product, no doubt it took money to develop it. of course
you could develop your own open source version.

I posted the license a day or so ago. it is non-transferable. that means
you cannot sell it or give it to someone else.

there are alternatives that do similar things, UML, bochs (AFAIK, i
haven't used either)
