i posted the EULA a day or so ago. frankly i don't care who registers as president of our lug and receives a free license. however as there is a considerable benefit in terms of license fees, i suggest a consensus would be nice. we do not have a president, hands up who wants to register? Dale Anderson drew it to our attention, i say give him first option. don't forget the "pres" has to comply with this: "In consideration of the license granted, VMware asks that each Linux Group President inform his or her colleagues, associates and Linux user group members of the benefits that he or she receives from using VMware products."
