What I don't like is the EUL for the Macromedia Flash Player. A nasty
extract.
"You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically
transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network."
Seeing Flash Player is included on the DVDs and on at least one CD
of a CD set it means that technically these discs cannot be redistributed.
Presumably SuSE has negotiated a special agreement with Macromedia, but I
cannot see how this agreement could apply to other organisations or
individuals. Mind you, I doubt if anyone would worry about friends making
copies for each other.
OTOH, I have been pedantic and removed Flash Player from the Copyleft DVD
which I built from the SuSE ftp archive.

IMHO, the SUSE-Linux-9.2-FTP-DVD.iso is exactly what it says it is, an
evaluation DVD. It is 3208 MB and it will boot into 32 or 64 bit
depending on the machine. This means that this is the equivalent of about
2.5 CDs for each architecture as against 6-7 CDs for a full DVD.
