Yes that's what you're supposed to use. There's also an older one which Philip mentioned and which I'd no longer bother with. Given the size, using CD1 would be a lot easier if media copies are obtained from somewhere anyway. As for SuSE mirrors in NZ though, experience is forget it. Though sometimes there's luck and an up-to-date iso can be found, don't bother with updates though (always out of date).
