Sadly, no. None of the PC shops care to put any weight behind Linux. Well except for the DSE outlets, but the range of PC gear is limited, though they have some quite interesting stuff. Other than that, it's down to google.

HOWEVER...
Jason over at Flashcards IS Chch based. No visitors, but a massively pro Linux, and extremely good value for money. The last stuff I ordered was delivered at 8:15 am that day after I ordered it at 3:30pm.
