How do I allow remote connections to X under SuSe 9.2?

I seem to recall I have to edit one of the configuration files but for 
the life of me (and despite Googling) I can't find which one to edit to 
allow me to connect to my SuSE 9.2 box from Cygwin under Linux.
Anyone care to put me out of my misery?
