On the subject of keyghost ... If you are worried about a keyghost, shorting two of the keyboard wires with a 9v battery completely stuffs them up .. So maybe the idea should be a button that adds voltage to the keyboard cable and .... Hmmmm now that's just getting plain silly.
I do wonder however whether a linux prog could be written which checks the resistence through a keyboard and then warns you if it falls outside of the norms. This would help track h/w key loggers. If anybody can, a linux hacker can. Shane
