Go to your Dr. and get a scrip for some prescription strength Diclofenac
Sodium. ( Voltarin or Flameril ) You can get the weak dose over the counter,
but it's not much cop if you're in absolute agony.

This is 60 Pages of very simply written illustrated prose so any fool can
understand it. I mean you can give it to the most intellectually challenged
boss, and they'll understand it, not that you would have difficulty
understanding it. This will give you all the justification needed to get a
decently designed work-station out of the firm. Mention of OSH to most firms
turns them to jelly.

In spite of all the excellent advise in there, I curl up in the corner of the
couch with a lappie on my knee. Having the TrackPoint ( IBM's red mouse
button whatsit between the G, B, and H keys on the keyboard ) has fixed all
the mouse shoulder problems I used to have.

All wireless keyboards and mice gobble up batteries as if they are getting
ready for a famine.
