Hi Roy,

I've had similar problems which were always traced back to a problem with
a cheap switch. Could you try recycling the power on the switch next time
it happens?

Disclaimer: I haven't got much debian/sparc experience - usually use
Solaris on them instead. Plenty of debian and sparc experience, tho'.
