View As List
Sort By Type
Click first .dvi in list, then shift-click on last.
Right Click, Open With ... select xdvi

Alternatively, you could type the sample command-line in, then press interrupt to try it again, this time with the required semi-colons in it.
"for i in *.dvi; do xdvi $i; done"
