What about us Gentooers? Are going to compile a few hours before
playing? If there are any specific games we will be playing we could
emerge them beforehand. I would just need a list at least a week before
the event as I am emergeing over dial-up or use somone else broadband.
Otherwise we could switch to other distros. I could undust my SuSE
installation and Knoppix 3.7 might also work. Maybe we can just copy and
execute non-distro-specific binaries. That works for me with eclipse.
