Wow a nonsensical reply from a computer  and an assumption that this reply 
solves the customers query.

Guess Telstra is trying to drive down expenses to make the books look good 
before the Aussie govt. sells off its remaining stake in Telstra.

Just so long long as the customers do not get feed up and leave before the 
sale it will all turn out alright for the the Aussie Govt and their merchant 
bank advisers..
