Hi,

I think you can turn it back on again by editing /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf and
changing the line

#DisallowTCp=true 

to

DisallowTCP=false


Then restart gdm  ( I am assuming you are uding gdm - default for
RH/Fedora)
