Carl,

If you unplug everything but the router in (without any splitters or
filters) and you still get nothing, and you have done the same with
another known good router, then you will need to call your ISP to get
Telecom out to have a look.  If it is a problem at Telecoms end (and
not something that you did wrong), then they shouldn't charge you the
$150.
