It's the other way round for me.
For a long time time I've invested time and am now reasonably familiar
in a linux/KDE/OOo/Moz environment. I find windows a challenging
environment to adjust to, and I probably couldn't configure a windows
box to save myself.

Perhaps Microsoft should run workshops to help people like me :-)
