Err... it's not quite idiot proof.
e.g. you probably shouldn't use Ipcop as your desktop distro.

IndLinux would probably also be a bad idea
(unless you are a native Hindi speaker)
ClusterKnoppix might also be a mistake
i.e. avoid the specialist distros
But the mainstream ones are all "pretty much of a muchness"

Mepis
I have certainly forgotten/missed some here but these ones all have
varying ease of installation etc but will all pretty much do what the
others will.
