A core of 65°C is definitely hot, but depending on CPU model may be
normal. You can verify this by feeling the temp of the heat sink on the
CPU. The heat sink may be, wild guess, 50°C when the core is 65°C.

The temp inside the case shouldn't be much more than ambient room temp,
so you can easily do a sanity check on this too.

Anybody know the typical core temp of an AMD3200+ venice core (socket
939)?
