ok ( so far )
1: The space-bar and page-down should have their actions interchanged.
2: There is no hyperlink action when in presentation mode.
3: It would be nice to be able to zoom documents when in pres. mode
   ( Both 2 & 3 are actually quite important b/c that mode is superb for      
     the partially sighted. )

IMHO, it's important not to build in all the other functions which Acroread 
offers, other wise kpdf will just become yet another sad case of 
bloat-ware. Plugins are the way to do extensions.
