Hooo boy! Don't get me started! It seems to me that in the last four months TelstraClearParadise has turned into little more than a siphon to get money from my wallet into its bank account. Technical problems, billing problems, general ineptness, incompetence and a lack of compassion for their customers seems to be the New Way. Unfortunately there is no alternative for cable so I'm sort of stuck. Today's reason for writing a letter of complaint- the on-line usage meter for the new plans is broken. How can I check my usage (esp. after receiving an email saying I have used 80% of my quota this period)? Like most things it is trivial, but it caused me to write and include the other half a dozen things that seriously irked me *this* month that I might not have complained about had they shown some semblance of running a decent service... (But tell me, how bad is ADSL? Ihug have some very attractive offerings and I am *that close* let me tell you!!). Andy
