This crops up regularly. Are VIA's Mini-ITX boards suitable for your application? They are stocked by Ascent and others, and you can buy the small cases and PSUs suitable for that form-factor. For flash I recommend the PQI Disk-On-Module, which is like a tall 40-way IDE connector. Plug it into the hard drive header on the motherboard and you have an instant flash hard disk. Not cheap, but nothing could be simpler. For PCI, these boards have a single PCI slot, which can allegedly support two PCI cards (with the appropriate riser). Often, the small cases come with a right-angled single card riser that allows you to keep everything small. At my last place of work we used EPIA 5000 boards (fanless) with 256Mb PQI modules and the Cubid 2677 black cases with external 60W psu. Contact me off-list if you can't track this stuff down. Andy
