Whatever you want. Softphones abound and many are free. I'm still trying to 
find one for windows mobile wo I can be 'at the office' at Starbucks. Digium 
sell a rather nice board that offers 4 pots lines - either in or out - on a PCI 
card, or you can get USB phones, .....

Yes, in fact it has an integrated version of sugar crm in it, which I can't 
really use as I don't have cli!

Like I said, I'm only starting. But it looks like you can just about do away 
with pots except for the ADSL bit.
